Biography

Steve Siegal, MD, is a general surgeon with extensive experience in laparoscopic , robotic and endoscopic procedures. Dr. Siegal completed his general surgery residency at the Oregon Health & Science University before undertaking his fellowship at Penn State Medical Center, where he became well-versed in advanced gastrointestinal surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction (hernia) and surgical endoscopy. As one of the founding members of the American Foregut Society, he is highly specialized in the treatment of foregut disease (stomach and esophagus), including surgeries for reflux and hiatal hernias. Dr. Siegal also performs many advanced upper endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures.
