Dr. Rivera is kind and concerned about my health. He makes me feel special. It's very comforting to have a physician who is so aware of your particular health issues.

I was supposed to have a procedure done, but was told I would have to wait 2 more months after waiting 2 months already to get that appointment.

Each client deserves undivided attention when they come to see the doctor. Keep in mind we are PAYING to be seen. The doctor needs to take their time explaining everything,

I like my doctor very much. But I struggle with his hurry to complete the exam with explanations and then move on to the next patient. If asked, he will answer every question but if you don't ask them right away, he is already gone.

Great doctor and staff. But, the wait time to see the doctor was over an 1 1/2 hour.

The care providers are always excellent in paying attention--except one time I think they forgot me. I waited in the patient room for an hour and a half, poked my head out and said hey you forgot me? Dr. Riviera came right in.

due to long wait times to see the doctor I cannot recommend this office. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful and apologetic however my time is very important as well as the doctors.

I was having a cystoscopy, and was supposed to discuss the results of an MRI I had had on September 4 (four weeks previous). However, Dr. Rivera was NOT EVEN AWARE of my MRI, and had to consult with his assistant in the room. Instead of apologizing for his lack of preparedness, he blandly explained a 1950s study of kidney cancer, stated nobody ever dies from kidney cancer, and that I might have a liquid-filled cyst. He then wrote orders for a renal ultrasound prior to my follow-up visit.
