I was not given enough understandable information as to what to do or how to do things that will improve my back after two surgeries. Told just exercise.

I feel there should be more interaction with the doctor. However, Tara is much more knowledgeable than other PAs I've encountered, so, for now, I'm comfortable with her services.

Felt rushed. when I left I still did not fully understand what was causing my pain and how the planned treatment would help. I need more visual aids to understand.

Good. Answering my multitude of questions. Further, showing me how to decrease discomfort. DID NOT RUSH ME BEFORE QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED! Really great...put my anxiety at ease. Seemed to really be concerned that I made it through this long, difficult surgery successfully. Love her!!

Didn't feel I got all the answers I was seeking for my condition. I described a pain in the middle of my back that felt as if someone was digging their knuckle into my spine which was not addressed. She showed my the X-Ray and basically said that I was developing arthritis in my hips and informed me about some scar tissue I had developed from my back surgery. I don't really recall anything else being said. I truly didn't feel like she really was that concerned about what I was feeling.
